About

A little music to read to

My artistry combines the question

of why we move with the reality of movement's existence.

Art that comes from the world all around us

with accents of life and lifelessness

through human existence evolves and dissipates

throughout the seams of time.

With subtle hints of earthliness

that investigates our instinctual responses

to the environment

surrounding us with creativity

moving within our experiences

I believe in authenticity behind movement

creativity that comes from the intricacies

intermingled within our brains

where eccentricity meets the awkward

where the wear and tear of every day

becomes saturated with color and vitality

This is my artistry, this is my vision

"To be fond of dancing was a certain step towards falling in love"   ~ Jane Austen

A little about me

Eden Edge is a choreographer, teacher, and performer based in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky. Her work includes collective nonfictional characters in their everyday life, highlighting the escapism needed to accept monotony. Her nature themes create a beautiful storm with traditional choreographic elements, creating a blend between what is comfortable and what is abnormal.

She has extensive training in ballet, tap, jazz, musical theater, contemporary, and modern styles of dance under the instruction of Robin Dawn Ryan and Amy Valerius in Cape Coral, Florida. Eden Edge has received a multitude of national and regional awards, scholarships, and has performed with many notable professionals in the industry, including TOKYO The Choreographer, Sonya Tayeh, Cirque Dreams Illuminations, and the Radio City Rockettes.

Eden Edge is currently finishing a B.A. in Fine Arts and Teaching many styles of dance at Dance Pros of Bardstown while continuing her dance education through private sessions. She is also continuing her studies further researching dance to redefine the technical, physical, and physiological components of choreographic structures. She is under the instruction of Halie Bahr, Susan Thiel, Laura Neese, and Theresa Bautista.
